Artist's Comments
A sketch for a painting that I'll get to eventually. It's based on an old belief that fairies were once fallen angels. They didn't fit into Heaven or Hell so they made to live in between as fairies. I read it in Brian Froud and Alan Lee's "Faeries." I thought that that was and interesting concept and instant inspiration. I may still do some work on this.
